Apollo RV Park Policies & Code of Conduct
This document outlines the standards of behavior expected of all guests, visitors, staff, and contractors staying at or visiting Apollo RV Parks.
Our parks are full of individuals and families that work different shifts and have a variety of needs. Our goal is to maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for all who live and work here.
Compliance with these rules is a condition of occupancy. Violations of these policies will be reported to your employer and may result in removal from the Park, and/or legal action.
General:
Respect your neighbors. Treat fellow guests, staff, and visitors with courtesy, consideration, and professionalism.
Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves and/or their children.
Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated whether verbal, physical, or electronically.
Disputes must be addressed respectfully; physical altercations or verbal abuse is strictly prohibited.
The park is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
We reserve the right to remove any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.
The total number of guests in any space cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site.
A maximum of 2 adults allowed per RV site at any given time. Any exceptions need to be approved by park management.
Guests must wear appropriate clothing in all common areas.
Respect the privacy of others.
Guests must only utilize their assigned pad.
No storage of work trailers is allowed on site.
No permanent structures, storage units, decks, or alterations allowed without written approval from management. If approved, decks must comply with the respective amendments.
Only operational vehicles are allowed. No unlicensed, inoperable, or abandoned vehicles may remain on site.
Maintenance on and/or washing vehicles on property is not allowed.
All spaces are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay. No additional items or storage is allowed on your pad without written approval from management.
Only 1 recreational vehicle allowed per site. Maximum of 2 vehicles per pad. All vehicles must be parked on the pad.
Parking is permitted only in designated areas. Parking on grass, dirt, or landscaped surfaces is prohibited.
DO NOT leave trash out overnight. All household trash must be bagged and placed inside the designated Park trash bins/dumpsters.
No illegal dumping or discharge of waste. Large items like mattresses, TVs, or big appliances are allowed in the park dumpsters.
Package Delivery:
The Park Office accepts courier packages as a courtesy only. The Park is not a secure mail facility and assumes zero financial or legal liability for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages left in common delivery boxes.
Standard USPS personal mail and forwarding or individual mailbox delivery to the park is strictly prohibited.

Safety:
In the event of an emergency call 911.
Parents/Guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
The speed limit on property is 5 mph.
The use of Firearms, explosives, and other dangerous weapons of any kind is PROHIBITED in the park.
Open fires are PROHIBITED, except in designated fire pits or grills.
Fireworks of any kind are PROHIBITED.
Use of illegal drugs is PROHIBITED.
Vehicles may park in designated spaces only. No vehicles can block any portion of roadway.
Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle in the park.
Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) is PROHIBITED. Theft or misuse of property will be reported to your employer and may result in disciplinary action, including potential removal and legal prosecution.
Tampering with park utilities or equipment is prohibited.
Alcohol consumption must comply with posted policies and be conducted responsibly.
Security:
Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Keep your valuables locked up.
Report any problems, unsafe conditions, or suspicious behavior to management or security personnel.
We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property.
Guest assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold park harmless from and indemnify park against the same.
Guests are responsible for the behavior of their visitors.
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
People work different shifts and sleep at different times. Outside of quiet hours, keep music and noise at a respectful level so everyone can rest.
Loud music, objectionable noise, or disruptive behavior is PROHIBITED.
Pet Policy:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered suitable to the serenity/safety of our guests or the park.
Pets must be kept on a leash and under the control of someone who can always manage all animals.
There is a 1 pet per RV limit in the park. Any exceptions need to be approved by park management.
No exotic or oversized pets are permitted. This includes all reptiles or large birds. Only standard household pets are allowed.
Aggressive or excessively noisy animals will not be tolerated.
All Pets must be registered with Management upon arrival.
Pets may not be left outside unattended.
Guests must clean up after their pets immediately.
Guests should carry proof of their pet's current vaccinations.
Pets are prohibited in park buildings and amenity areas.
The park is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owners for any injury or damage caused by pet(s).
Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal.
RV Utility Protection & Site Standards:
We have both seasoned campers and first time users on site. To protect your RV’s internal systems from damage and keep our park operating seamlessly, the following set up standards are strictly required. If you have any questions or need help with your hookups, please contact the office right away.
All RVs must be in good cosmetic and mechanical condition. All toilets, showers, and sinks must utilize internal RV plumbing discharging directly into the park sewer hookup via airtight seals. External appliances, showers, and toilets are prohibited.
Retract your exterior awnings overnight and whenever you leave the park. Sudden Texas windstorms can tear awnings off and cause dangerous flying debris that can damage neighbors RVs and/or park property.
Turn the pedestal breaker to the “OFF” position before plugging in or removing your power cord.
Always plug your RV into a surge protector before plugging it into the park’s power box.
Dogbone adapters are prohibited.
Never run extension cords through your windows or slide-outs.
Only use safe, factory-made cords. Do not use homemade plugs, adapters, or “piggyback” plugs to run extra heaters or air conditioners.
Never leave space heaters unattended, and make sure they are not placed near blankets or walls.
Keep your power cord rolled up neatly near your RV so it does not get damaged or run over by the landscaping team.
Propane tanks must be safely chained, strapped, or secured so they cannot tip over.
Only put toilet paper and waste made for RVs down your tanks. Never flush trash, wipes, or household items.
All sewer hoses are required to be elevated off the ground using a support ramp.
Use a hose support (like a 4-inch PVC pipe cut in half) to create a smooth slope from your RV to the park’s sewer drain.
Black sewer valves must remain completely closed until your tank is 2/3 full. Only open when you are ready to empty them.
Always empty your Black Tank (toilet waste) first. Then, empty your Grey Tank (sink and shower water). The grey water will help rinse out your hose.
Make sure all your connections are tight and secure so nothing leaks.
Use a proper, leak-free drinking water hose for your water hook up.
Keep your water hose rolled up and out of the way so the landscaping team does not clip it.
When the temperature drops below 32 degrees F, water will freeze and burst your pipes. Follow
Use a Heated Hose Correctly: Roll any extra hose under your RV, but leave the temperature sensor out in the open air so it knows when to turn on.
Keep Tanks Empty: Empty your RV tanks often during a hard freeze so the liquid inside doesn't freeze and crack your tanks.
Do Not Drip Your Faucets: Unlike a regular house, do not leave your RV water dripping during freezing weather.
Violations of this Code of Conduct will be addressed by management. Consequences may include verbal warnings, written notices, fines, suspension of park access, or permanent removal from the property. Severe violations or repeated offenses may be referred to law enforcement.
PURSUANT TO TEXAS PENAL CODE SECTION 31.04: This establishment is a commercial recreational vehicle park. This agreement is for services rendered and does not constitute a residential lease.
Management reserves the right to evict or deny service to any guest at any time for rule non-compliance. Because this park is private property, any individuals who refuses to vacate the premises immediately upon management's request will be considered a defiant trespasser under TEXAS PENAL CODE SECTION 30.05, and law enforcement will be engaged to remove the individual and tow the property at the owner’s expense.
